Wild Edible Plants and Seaweed Cooking Class

Join us for an all-day foraging and cooking class in Port Angeles, Washington using wild sea vegetables. We’ll collect sea vegetables along the Strait of Juan de Fuca in the morning and then do a sea vegetable cooking demonstration in the low tide zone. In the afternoon, we’ll head up to a forest area to check out the spring edible plants in bloom.
