Port Angeles Maritime Festival
June 10 - June 11
Mark your calendar for the annual Port Angeles Maritime Festival! The Maritime Festival happens every June in Port Angeles, Washington, the gateway to the Olympic National Park and the Strait of Juan de Fuca.
A number of organizations are planning a fun weekend of maritime events along Port Angeles’ downtown waterfront celebrating our maritime heritage, water sports, and BIG boats! This is a FREE event.
Bring your family down to enjoy the kid’s scavenger hunt, Open Boat Tours, free vessel safety checks, tours of the Waterfront Terminal, as well as exhibits and demos at the Port Angeles Yacht Club. Enjoy the amazing waterfront that Port Angeles has to offer at the City Pier, The Port Angeles Boat Haven, Pebble Beach and the Naval Elks Lodge: Dance to the DJ, the Panessence Steel Drum Band and Navy Northwest Band, try a micro-kayak tour from Hollywood Beach near the Red Lion Hotel, attend the festival party on Saturday night, and if you dare, try the Orca Bait Swim in the Salish Sea!
Grab a bite to eat at the City Pier Food Court (City Pier Stage area) and peruse all the arts, crafts and vendors along the City Pier.
Bus Service: Ride the complimentary shuttle or stroll the length of the waterfront from the Port’s Boat Haven to the marine terminals.
