Chef Carol and Sisterland Farm owner, Jenson, invite you on  a culinary adventure in the forests of Port Angeles, Washington! Starting at the Olympic National Park Visitor’s Center, they’ll take you into the world of foraging for stinging nettles and bring them back to Carol’s Vegan Kitchen to transform them into a scrumptious feast. Your sit-down lunch features pasta with nettle sauce, chilled nettle soup, and bakery fresh bread. Cooking class guests come away from Carol’s Vegan Kitchen with a full belly, extra nettles and pasta sauce, plus recipe cards.
